This little fellow is a hybrid of Shinx and Abra: He'll play a li'l part in Escape once I get over my idea block... 
Though his story is a tragic one. He was classed as a 'Failed experiment' and in the scientists' eyes, that means termination. They can't exploit him, so they get rid of him... permanently.
Prior to that, though, he was a happy sort of critter with an always-happy demeanor, and childish to the extreme. He's a very lovable character~ Smart, too; he named himself Anectus.
The hybrid species has no name. Upon finding he was 'useless', nobody ever bothered. So, he's one of a kind, and just simply Anectus. o3o
