Lightning Storm Jolteon

Well... here's my entry to the competition... theme is 'Moves' - Simple enough: Do an Eeveelution using an attack! (Hence the somewhat simple background; it concentrates on the moves only)


So... Leafeon's had its turn in a major picture, so why not Jolteon?

So... the move it's using?
CHARGE BEEEEAAAAAMMMMM (I'd never heard of it before, but apparently it's a TM move... )
Its ability helps greatly here; Volt Absorb gives it HP back when hit by Electric attacks, so surely lightning strikes would benefit it too? And thus it can charge up for a greater attack !
