Piece for the ShinXChange October entry! October was intensely busy so I had to use the rollover month to finish it but hey at least it's on time
I got ameri-linel and this interesting taur character with wings, Ammlyn!
I started painting in the colours and then foRGOT THAT IT WAS A RESTRICTED PALETTE PIECE ......
Anyway. From this list I chose number 99 for a warm light and cool shadow combination.

I didn't want to miss out on telling you, though, how wonderfully it came out. For me, restricted palettes are a real challenge because I usually just have to choose to relay only shading. You did a fantastic job of showing both the shading and the colors/markings of the character. the palette you chose is also a really great one for the environment <3. Thank you for participating and not getting bothered by my disappearances.
